Terms of Service

By booking a service through RoboHands ("we", "us", "our"), whether via our website, mobile app, or by phone, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

RoboHands provides home and commercial cleaning services booked through our platform. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are shown at the time of booking and may be updated from time to time.

A booking is confirmed once accepted by our team. Payment may be made online at the time of booking or in cash upon completion of the service, as selected during checkout. Prices are shown in AED and include any add-ons you select.

You may cancel or request to reschedule a booking from your account. Cancellations made close to the scheduled service time may not be accommodated if our team has already been dispatched or assigned — please refer to the cancellation window shown at the time of booking.

Please ensure our team can safely access the service location at the scheduled time, and disclose any hazards, fragile items, or special instructions in advance via the booking notes. RoboHands is not responsible for damage to items not disclosed or reasonably discoverable during service.

If you submit a review, you grant RoboHands a non-exclusive right to display it on our public site. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate applicable law.

To the extent permitted by UAE law, RoboHands' liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
